Cardinal Innovations Healthcare is now a part of Vaya Health. All counties formerly served by Cardinal Innovations for IDD and behavioral health care services are now reassigned to a new LME/MCO. Please refer to your new LME/MCO based on your county of residence or service.

Vaya will take over coordinating services and other support for Cardinal. The transition has begun, with plans for the organizations’ boards to form a joint steering committee to help with that process. Leaders from Vaya will visit each county to hear feedback.
