After the Solace was cut from Alien: Isolation in a story rewrite, its map and mission were repurposed to become the Anesidora in the final game. This gave the opportunity for Marlow’s death which featured in the final story – blowing up the Anesidora close to Sevastopol in space to destabilise its orbit.
