How does Peerspace booking work?
To book a space, you must send a booking request to the host through our platform, which places an authorization hold for the full amount on your credit or debit card for 2 business days in order to ensure the funds are available.
Does Peerspace charge your card right away?
The card you have on file will not be charged in full until the booking request is accepted by the host. As soon as the host accepts your booking, the reservation is confirmed and the Peerspace Cancellation and Refund policy takes effect.
How much does Peerspace cost?
Peerspace charges 15% of the license charge (total booking amount) to hosts for providing the services and platform that allow them to connect with guests to book their spaces. Listing a space is free and we do not have any membership fees.

Do you pay upfront on Peerspace?
Guests are charged upfront through Peerspace’s secure payment system. Your payout is directly deposited after each booking, minus our 15% service fee.
How do I get Peerspace credit?
You can earn credit by referring new users to Peerspace. When someone you invite signs up and books their first space, you’ll get a $50 credit to use on a future booking. There is no limit to the number of users you can invite and you can earn up to $5,000 in Peerspace credit.
How long does it take to get paid on Peerspace?
Payouts are issued via direct deposit to the bank account on file shortly after bookings take place. Payment can take up to 7 days to process, but typically the money makes it to your account within 3-5 business days following the event.
