“It depends on the task. When it comes to brainstorming, teams produce great ideas with multiple input, and teams can highlight people’s strengths. But I certainly enjoy working on my tasks as an individual as well, since in many ways it takes the ability to work alone for the team to fully succeed.”

Excellence of teaching. The development and implementation of the curriculum. Active discussion of the effectiveness of current pedagogy and incorporation of new pedagogies appropriate to the discipline. An appropriate balance between general education and the major.
What is an effective team leader?
An effective team leader is confident in his abilities, as well as confident in the abilities of his team members. A confident leader is secure in the decisions he makes that affect his team. A self-confident team leader also reassures team members of his authority within the organization.
Do you prefer to work independently or on a team best answer?
An ideal answer would go something like this: “As a self-motivated, driven individual, I’d say independently. I have no issues working long hours on my own to ensure that I achieve more sales. But when the opportunity arises, I’m also very accustomed to working as a team too.
What does a successful team look like?
A thriving team has open and honest discussions, sharing their thoughts, ideas and opinions. They engender a meritocracy, ensuring no-one is above anyone else and allowing everyone to feel as though they can contribute freely. Creating this sort of culture is one of the fundamental foundations of a successful team.
What counts as leading someone on?
The definition of leading someone on is flirting, but not acting on it. Making it seem as though women are interested in dating by dropping hints about their favorite restaurants, but not accepting invitations. Making you feel as though you are just around as a placeholder for something better.
