Are epifanes yellow?
Does epifanes dry clear or does it have a yellow or orangey color after it dries? Answer: Same as John, my experience is that it dries clear but may shade over the years, 2 years of a transom weather exposed and it still has original color, fingers crossed.

How long will epifanes varnish last?
Time will tell. Unopened varnish has virtually no shelf life. We have opened five-year-old varnish that has been perfectly good. The oils and resins may change color and consistency slightly but essentially the product should be fine.
Can you polish epifanes varnish?
Re: Buffing Epifanes Varnish The longer you can let the varnish cure the better. I like to buff 2 weeks after the last coat, more if I can. It’s certainly possible to buff 3 days after the last coat, but the varnish will be very soft, fragile and much more prone to dings.
