What is the difference between Roval CL and CLX?
The Rapide CL wheels feature the identical rim as the tested CLX, so much of what’s said here applies. The only differences are that the CL wheels move to a round spoke and a well-proven DT Swiss 350-level hub. But back to the Rapide CLX.
Are Roval wheels good?
Given their sub-1,500g weight, I feel the Rovals represent good value for money for carbon wheels. A slightly posher, perhaps faster-engaging, rear hub wouldn’t go amiss, certainly if your bike isn’t prone to pedal kickback, but it’s hard to find fault with these wheels for the money.

How do I remove a Roval freehub?
Member. Just take off the the preload nut (#6) above the freehub (#3). This should just be snug (right hand thread) and pull the freehub straight up. If you want to go beyond that generally you will need special wrench (spanner) and socket to remove the drive and ring.
Who makes the hubs for specialized?
