Is Juliska a good brand?
Juliska is hands down one of my absolute favorite brands when it comes to bakeware! All of their ceramic stoneware pieces are hand made in Portugal. Not only is the bakeware AMAZING, but all of the dinnerware is as well. Not to mention it’s all dishwasher safe, freezer safe, microwave safe, and oven safe!
Does Juliska have lead?
Juliska glass is lead-free. Care— Not suitable for hot contents, freezer or microwave use. Most pieces are residential dishwasher-safe on the top shelf, set to a warm, gentle cycle with a mild detergent.

Because all Juliska dinnerware is made of stoneware, patterns are durable and chip-resistant. Due to the lovely designs of their core collections, (Berry & Thread, Jardins du Monde, Le Panier, Acanthus, French Panel, Country Estate) they are easily accessorized for the most casual, to the most elegant occasions.

Highly trained glass artists in the Czech Republic produce each piece of Juliska glass by hand. When they’re not turning out stunning bowls and carafes for the brand, these craftsmen are producing sculptural forms for artist Dale Chihuly.

Is Juliska oven safe?
They are made of very dense clay and fired at extremely high temperatures, making them heat resistant to 400 °F. Do not use casserole lids in the oven. Freezer Safe – Items can withstand freezing temperatures, but please allow them to return to room temperature before putting them into the oven.
